Josh Spurling

Left RGS in 2011 and played for York University for 3 years.

After university and a few too many takeaways Josh joined the Novos in ….(no idea). Initially played at CB by the manager, Jamie Hansell, before his sacking. Josh eventually was moved to his correct position, centre midfield after persistent nagging.

He topped the Leagues Man of the Match’s chart in the 2019-2020 season and his teammates are well aware of this due to his excessive sharing of the link in the group chat.

Josh also represents and captains Gosforth Bohemians on a Saturday.
