Greg Applegarth

After leaving RGS in 2005 Greg played for a number of clubs before joining the illustrious ranks of Novos FC.

When Greg returned from Australia there wasn’t yet an Old Novos football team in existence. As such, he had to ply his trade elsewhere and found himself playing for Fenham from 2011 until 2016. When Hansell started Novos he was already committed to playing for Fenham. Consequently, he saw out the season and eagerly awaited anther approach to join at the end of the season.

Loves a nutmeg, free kick and a goal from half way.

Favourite memory – I have no recollection of any game having never turned up sober.
