Charlie Young

Charlie joined the Novos in 2016, making his debut in goal in a 5-0 defeat. Safe to say things improved.

Roped in by the better brother, Charlie is however better suited to the Sunday conditions, not shirking a tackle in his favoured defensive midfield role. Always a sterling professional, making sure he’s tucked into bed early the night before, Charlie takes great pride in his Sunday football.

Also represents and captains Jesmond FC on a Saturday.
